The Role
We’re looking for ambitious Senior Software Engineers that are excited to solve hard problems like how to move money at scale!
What the job involves
- Scope, and lead large technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to evolve and scale iteratively.
- Contribute and adhere to our API coding standards, best practices, and procedures.
- Design, build and maintain APIs, services, and systems across the company.
- Refactor and apply software design patterns to improve and optimize code.
- Develop and execute against both short and long-term roadmaps by making practical tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Participate in team knowledge management and make recommendations for continuous improvement of SDLC.
- You will provide guidance and support by mentoring and coaching other individual contributors.
- Work with engineers across the company to build new features at a large scale.
- Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebase across the company.
